Baramulla Police solve 10-year-old fraud case, accused arrested

Srinagar, Mar 16 (KINS): In a significant breakthrough, Baramulla Police have successfully solved a decade-old fraud case and arrested the accused involved in the crime.

The case, registered in 2016 at Police Station Boniyar under FIR No. 3/2016, was filed under Section 420 of the RPC. The accused, Manoj Das, a resident of Deoghar, Jharkhand, was apprehended for his involvement in an online bank fraud amounting to ₹90,000.

Further investigation is underway.

Police remain committed to ensuring public safety and urge citizens to cooperate by reporting any suspicious activities to help maintain peace and order in the community.(KINS)
