‘Our Silent Pain’: Sarbjeet Kour’s emotional tribute to a mother-daughter bond

Pulwama, Aug 27 (KINS): Our Silent Pain, a deeply emotional book authored by Sarbjeet Kour, a private teacher from Saimoh area of Tral in south Kashmir, explores the bond between a mother and daughter and the pain of losing a loved one.
Speaking to KINS, Kour said the book reflects the love, grief, memories and emotions experienced by a daughter after the loss of her mother.
She said she wrote the book to keep her mother’s memories alive and to continue feeling her presence through her words.
“Every chapter reflects love, memories, loss, strength and the emotions that often remain unspoken,” she said.
Kour said the book is based on heartfelt emotions and real-life feelings, and expressed hope that it would connect with readers and remind them of the priceless value of a mother’s love.
