Srinagar, Authorities have placed Mirwaiz Umar Farooq under house arrest ahead of the Eid Gah Chalo call announced by Hurriyat (M) to observe death anniversary of Mirwaiz Farooq.
A police official confirmed that Mirwaiz had been placed under house while as restrictions Will be imposed in various parts of Srinagar.
