Burglers used toy gun to loot people in North Kashmir, held

Srinagar : Police in Tangmerg of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday claimed to have arrested two persons who were using toy gun to loot people in the area.

Reports reaching Kashmir Indepth said two persons who had looted public by defaming the reputation of civil officials in the Tangmerg area of North Kashmir, have been arrested.

Reports added the duo were making money by taking up the names of top officials from police and civil administration.

SDPO Tangmerg Hilal Khaliq while sharing of this development to Kashmir Indepth said two persons have been arrested and a toy pistol , three lac eleven thousand , Thirteen mobile phones , Golden chain , Valuable utensils and other valuable items were recovered from their possession.

Officer said a case in this regard has been registered and further investigation has been taken up.
