‘Authorities on job to track people hiding travel history’: Div com

Srinagar, Mar 29 (KINS): The administration is taking swift action against the persons who are hiding their travel history.

Divisional commissioner Kashmir once again appealed to the people, who have returned from foreign countries and have not disclosed their travel history, to come forward and register their names so that they could be quarantined well in time.

The Divisional commissioner Pandurang Kondbarao Pole told KINS that the administration was monitoring the situation closely and people need not to panic. He asked the people to stay home and maintain social distancing.

He also said that surveillance teams of health and other departments were monitoring the situation on the ground.

He warned those hiding their travel history that the administration had deputed various teams to track such people and asked them to register their name within two days. He said if after two days, anybody was found hiding his/her identity; he/she would be dealt with strictly. (KINS)
