COVID-19: 28 more test positive in J&K

Srinagar, May 19(KINS): Twenty-eight persons on Tuesday became a fresh victims of deadly virus COVID-19 in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.


According to the health officials, the Jammu division again witnessed rapid growth in positive cases of COVID-19 as today six more became victims of this deadly virus, while 22 fresh cases were reported from the Kashmir division on Tuesday.


As per CD hospital COVID-19 summary 13 turned positive today for this virus including nine from Anantnag district while one each is from Kulgam, Sopore, Baramulla, and Ganderbal.


As per the SKIMS COVID-19 summary lies with news agency KINS reads, nine persons have tested positive for COVID-19 today include six persons from Kulgam one each from Pulwama, Anantnag and one Jammu, resident.


Six other samples were confirmed at army’s Command Hospital Udhampur and include three from Kathua, one each from Samba, Anantnag and Udhampur districts.(KINS)
