COVID-19: 73 more test positive in J-K

Srinagar, May 23 (KINS): Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday crossed the 1500th mark of COVID-19 as Seventy three fresh cases for this deadly virus were reported.


A health official told news agency KINS, today fresh 73 positive cases for COVID-19 were reported in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir inclduing 53 cases from Kashmir division and 20 cases from Jammu Division.


As per SKIMS summary total 39 persons were found positive for the coronavirus in Kashmir Division on Saturday include 35 From Kupwara, two from Srinagar, one each from Pampore and Baramulla.
While 14 persons were tested positive for COVID-19 at chest disease hospital Srinagar on Srinagar.


Meanwhile Jammu division again witnessed rapid growth in COVID-19 positive cases as on Saturday 20 more cases were reported.(KINS)
