J&K Bank Initiates Camp Mode for KCC Loans, Extends Coverage to PM Kisan Beneficiaries

Srinagar, Jan 03: In a significant move, Baldev Prakash, MD and CEO of Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd, announced today that farmers enrolled under the PM Kisan scheme will now have access to Kisan Credit Card (KCC) loans through a camp mode mechanism.
Addressing the media in Budgam, central Kashmir, during an event, Prakash outlined the initiative, stating that farmers registered under PM Kisan who have not availed KCC loans yet will be included in this camp mode setup.
The J&K Bank, in collaboration with other relevant departments, plans to organize camps throughout Jammu and Kashmir to facilitate the issuance of sanction letters to eligible farmers. This strategic move aims to enhance financial support for farmers and streamline the loan application process.
