Increase in militant attacks show their frustration: Muneer Khan

SRINAGAR: Additional Director General of Police, Law and Order, Muneer Ahmad Khan, Saturday said that increase in militant attacks show their “frustration”.
“There have been a lot of successful operations. Ten militants have been killed in last few days of various outfits without any collateral damage. The success of these operations depends upon the flow of information. Of course there is a frustration on militants’ side and they are resorting to these attacks,” Khan told reporters here.
He said providing security for panchayat polls was more challenging than the urban local bodies elections.
He said that forces would continue their anti-militancy operations.
