SRINAGAR: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President Mehbooba Mufti flew to New Delhi Wednesday evening to meet Congress party chairperson Sonia Gandhi.
She left for Delhi after her party leader Altaf Bukhari said that NC, PDP, and Congress have agreed to form government in the state.
Sources told Kashmir In-Indepth that PDP and Congress may stake claim for government formation with the support of National Conference to checkmate BJP, which has been trying to cobble up a third front under the leadership of Sajad Lone of Peoples Conference.
