Day 5: Hajin remains shut over teenage militants killing

Bandipora: Shutdown is being observed on the fifth consecutive day today in Hajin town of Bandipora district over killing of two teenage militants in an encounter with government forces in Mujgund area of Srinagar recently.

All shops, business establishments and educational institutions were closed while as public transport was off the roads, locals said.

Three militants, belonging to LeT outfit Mudasir Ahmad 13, Saqib Mushtaq 17 along with foreign associate Ali Bhai were killed in 18 hours long Gun battle on Sunday on the outskirts of Srinagar.
