Srinagar: National Conference workers led by party general secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar on Thursday took out a protest rally from party headquarters at Nawai-Subh to Lal Chowk.
However, Government forces deployed on the roads tried to stop the marchers near TRC junction, but the marchers were able to breach the barricades.
Later they returned peacefully towards their party headquaters Nawa-e-Subah.
