Snow, Rain prediction over next 24 hours in J&K: MeT

The Indian Meteorological department has predicted Light snow and rainfall over the state for next 24 hours.

The Indian MeT department has also said that there will be isolated to widespread rain and snow on 4th and 5th of this month.

Srinagar will witness moderate rain during night of 4th January with temperatures around 8 degree° C to -3 degree° C during day and night respectively, MeT official told Valley Media Service.

As per the forecast, Jammu region will also experience light rainfall with minimum and maximum temperatures at 20 and 10°C respectively.

Mercury will dip to -12 tomorrow in Leh as per the report.

There is no warning issued for the state of Jammu and Kashmir for next 24 hours by Indian MeT department.
