Several youth detained in Sopore village during nocturnal raids

Sopore, March 26 : Several youth have been arrested during a nocturnal raid in Janwara village of Sopore in North Kahmir’s Baramulla district.

Locals said that during night government forces raided many residential houses in the area and took away several youth with them.

A police official when contacted told that the youth were detained on charges of stone pelting.

Pertinently on Saturday massive clashes reported amid gunfight at Warpora Sopore in which many youth received minor injuries.
