Srinagar: A shocking video from north Kashmir’s Handwara has surfaced on the internet in which a teacher can be seen threatening to slaughter a minor student with an axe.
As per reports, the incident has happened in Wagat village of Handwara In the video, a teacher from Bright Future Education Institute in Wagat Handwara wearing pheran and cap can be seen beating a ten-year-old student with an axe while threatening to slaughter him.
