Mobile internet services restored in Ladakh’s Kargil

Srinagar : Mobile internet services have been restored in Kargil in Union Territory of Ladakh.

Internet was snapped in Kargil on August 5 when the special status granted to the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir through Article 370 was abrogated.

Pertinent to mention here that BJP general secretary Ram Madhav on Thursday said broadband internet facilities were being restored in Kashmir in phased manner.He said that local administration will restore the broadband services Kashmir areas after a security review.
