Srinagar : Forces on Thursday morning launched a cordon and search operation in South Kashmir’s village.
Reports reaching Kashmir Indepth said a joint team of Army’s 1 RR, SOG and 90 BN CRPF launched a cordon and search operation at Pazalpora area in Bijbhera Ananthnag and conducted door to door search operation.
Searches in the area was on when last reports came in.
Police officer while confirming to Kashmir Indepth said following inputs about presence of some militants in the area search operation was launched.
It is pertinent to mention here that in an ongoing gunfight at Khrew area of South Kashmir which entered third day , one militant, soldier and police cop were killed .
