SRINAGAR, MARCH 02: General Officer Commanding, 15 Corps, Lieutenant General BS Raju called on the Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu at the Raj Bhavan here today. It was his first meeting with the Lt Governor after taking over the charge.
The Lt Governor and the GoC discussed about various important issues relating to the security management in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
The Lt Governor appreciated the Army’s sustained strong support to the Civil Administration and Police and emphasized the vital importance of regularly reviewing the security of all protected premises to ensure the safe and secure environment for the people.
