SRINAGAR, APRIL 11: Director Horticulture, Kashmir, Mr. Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, today inspected Centre of Excellence, Zawoora, Srinagar.
During the inspection of various developmental as well as civil works at the Centre, he directed the concerned to maintain social distance. He asked the Agency having hand holding support of Centre of Excellence to remove the weed from the nursery area and Chief Horticulture officers, Farm Manager, Advance Centre for Horticulture Development Zainapora, Rajbagh were asked to maintain the departmental orchards and nurseries properly and directed the nursery staff to remove the weeds in the departmental nurseries while maintaining social distance.
Besides, Chief Horticulture and other field officers were directed to spray pesticides to the departmental orchards and nurseries and apply fertilizers as per schedule.
