Elderly COVID-19 patient from Hawal dies at CD Hospital

Srinagar, May 11 (KINS): An elderly Coronavirus positive patient from old city Srinagar passed away at CD Hospital Srinagar on Monday making him the ninth victim of the ongoing pandemic in Jammu and Kashmir.


Medical Superintendent CD Hospital Srinagar Dr Saleem Tak confirmed to news agency KINS that a 60-year-old COVID-19 patient from Hawal Srinagar passed away on Monday afternoon.
“He was tested positive for coronavirus and was also suffering from other ailments,” he added.


This is the ninth death due to the virus in J&K.(KINS)
