Several injured in Bandipora road mishap

Bandipora, May 22: Several passengers on Friday were injured after a vehicle they were traveling turned turtle in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.


Reports reaching said, a passenger vehicle fell into gorge near Dhadkar Kal in Buthoo village resulting in injuries to several passengers. However all the injured were rushed to nearby hospital for treatment.


A police officer while confirming this road mishap to news agency KINS, said a vehicle bearing registration number JK05D-2131 met with an accident at Buthoo village, he said several passengers were injured in the mishap. The officer identified all injured as Ghulam Ahmad Reshi son of Gh Mohd Reshi, Abdul Waheed Reshi Son of Gh Mohd Reshi, Mubarik Reshi Son of Ab Khaliq Reshi, Saida Begum wife of Ab Khaliq Reshi, Asiya Bano daughter of Gh Nabi Reshi, Mohd Syed Reshi son of Mohd Ramzan—all residents of Buthoo village. The officer said a report has been registered in this regard.
