Srinagar, June 23(KINS) : Gunfight rages between hidding militants and forces in the forest area of Lolab in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Tuesday.
SSP Kupwara ShriRam Ambarkar told news agency KINS contact with militants has been established and firing from both sides is on.
Earlier, a joint team of Police, Army’s 28RR and CRPF launched a cordon-and-search-operation in Lolab forests.(KINS)
