Baramulla, September 19: For smooth and fair conduct of annual/bi-annual (private 2019-20) examination to be conducted by J& K State Board of School Education for 10th and 12th classes commencing from 21st September 2020, District Magistrate Baramulla Dr G N Itooo has imposed restrictions under Section 144 CrPC on the general public for not entering or gathering within a radius of two hundred meters from the examination centers.
Accordingly, an order issued from the DC office reads that the restrictions shall remain in force on 21th, 22th, 23th, 24th, 26th, 28th, 29th and 30th of September and 1st, 3rd, 5th, 8th, 10th, 13th and 17th of October, 2020.
However, the supervisory, security personnel deployed for the purpose and other examination staff has been exempted from its effect.
