SHOPIAN, JULY 10 (KINS): The Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Shopian, Mohammad Yousuf today released the publication/ Education Report on Swachh Bharat Mission prepared by District Statistics and Evaluation Office, Shopian in presence of Joint Director Planning Khurshed Ahmad Khatana at Mini Secretariat Arhama Shopian.
The book highlights the status of the scheme viz. achievements, aims, objections and suggestions for effective implementation of the scheme in the district.
Speaking on the occasion, the ADDC said that the Swachh Bharat Mission has been implemented at a large scale. He said that the method of implementation of the programme needs to be shared widely, given its applicability across all sectors.
The book was compiled and prepared by DSEO on how they contributed to the roll-out of the mission.
Among others, officers and officials of the DSEO were present on the occasion. (KINS)
