RAMBAN, JULY 17( KINS ): Lead District Manager (LDM) Ramban, Abdul Rashid Sofi chaired quarterly Block Level Bankers Committee meeting at NRLM Office Gool.
The meeting was attended by Block Heads of the Line Departments and bankers including DDM NABARD Ramban, Arushi Sharma; Block Programme Manager NRLM Gool, Mohammed Imran Wagay; MIS Assistant NRLM, Aamir Hussain Qadri; Manager J&K Bank Branch Gool, Manzoor Ah; Manager J&K Bank Branch Sangaldan, Gulshan; Credit Manager SBI Ramban, Credit Manager SBI Ramban, Manager Jammu Central Cooperative (JCC) Bank Branch Sangaldan, Agriculture Extension Officer Sangaldan, Horticulture Officer Sangaldan, & Community Cader of NRLM Block Gool.
During the meeting progress of the first quarter made by the various banks and line departments operating in the area was reviewed. The LDM directed the Bankers to maintain CD ratio as per targets fixed by the DLRC especially in priority sectors.
At the outset, BPM NRLM gave a detailed overview about the functioning of the UMEED scheme in the Block.
Addressing the meeting, the LDM called for providing better livelihood to the poor women of rural areas. ( KINS )
