RAMNAGAR, JULY 28 ( KINS): To discuss the arrangement for the smooth celebration of the Independence Day 2021, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ramnagar Gopal Singh convened a meeting with the officers of Sub-Division here at Tehsil Office Ramnagar.
The meeting discussed arrangements for barricading, security, traffic regulation, drinking water and power supply, sanitation, first-aid, fire-tenders, PAS etc.
The SDM informed that the main function would be held in the premises of Government Model Higher Secondary School, Ramnagar where the chief guest would unfurl the National flag at 8:55 Am. He stressed that the programme will be organised as per COVID 19 SOPs.
The SDM directed the officers of PHE, PWD, PDD, Health and Police department to make adequate arrangements for the smooth conduct of the National festival. Municipal authorities were asked to maintain cleanliness in the town as well as at the venue. ( KINS)
