2 arrested for kidnapping, sexually assaulting 2 minor girl
Srinagar July 07: Police have arrested two persons for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assualting two minor girls in Srinagar.
A police official said that two accused persons Hilal Rather(24) S/o Gh Mohd Rather R/o Haygam, Sopore and Shabir Mir (30) S/o Gh Mohd Mir R/o Kreeri Baramulla have been arrested for kidnapping and sexually assaulting two minor girls of 12 and 13 yrs, who were rescued. FIR No 41/2023 U/s 363, 376 IPC & 3/4 POCSO Act at Lal bazaar PS.
