Jalshakti Department Kashmir Assures Readiness Amid Prolonged Dry Spell, Stresses No Immediate Water Supply Concerns

Srinagar, Jan 23: As a prolonged dry spell continues to affect the region, concerns have arisen about potential impacts on water supply schemes in the long run. The Jalshakti Department Kashmir has addressed these concerns, assuring the public that, at present, there is no alarming situation. The department emphasizes its full preparedness to tackle any challenges that may arise due to the ongoing dry spell.
One of the top officials in Jalshakti Department Kashmir, conveyed the department’s stance on the matter. Acknowledging the prolonged dry spell, he highlighted the department’s commitment to remaining vigilant and proactive in managing the situation.
“As of now, we do not face any alarming situation, and the water supply schemes are functioning within normal parameters,” stated the official. He further reassured the public that the Jalshakti Department Kashmir is fully prepared to address any challenges that may emerge in the future due to the ongoing dry spell.
