Republic Day Parade 2024 Full Dress Rehearsal Conducted at DPL Kulgam

ADDC Kulgam unfurls National Flag, oversees parade and march past

Srinagar, Jan 24: In preparation for the Republic Day Parade 2024, a full dress rehearsal took place today at District Police Lines Kulgam. Showkat Ahmad Rather-JKAS, ADDC Kulgam, hoisted the National flag, inspected the parade, and took the salute during the march past.
The event saw the presence of several senior officers from the civil administration, including ADC Waqar Giri, Imtiyaz Ah ARC, and Shabir Ah Khan ASP, along with DySP Dar Rajendra Singh, DySP HQ Arif Malik, and other police officials.
DySP probationary Shri Rohit Gupta-JKPS commanded the parade, featuring contingents from J&K Police, J&K Armed Police, CRPF, Home Guard, and students from various schools in District Kulgam. The rehearsal also showcased colorful cultural programs presented by talented artists.
District Police Kulgam ensured elaborate security arrangements for the successful conduct of the rehearsal, reflecting the commitment to a safe and vibrant Republic Day celebration.
