Historic Turnout in Anantnag-Rajouri Polls: LG Manoj Sinha Praises Voters

Srinagar, May 25: Jammu & Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha celebrated the impressive voter turnout in the polls for the Anantnag-Rajouri Parliamentary Constituency, calling it a “historic turnout.”
In his message, he applauded the collaborative efforts of all stakeholders and highlighted the pivotal role of voters in reinforcing democratic values.
Sinha noted that the overall polling percentage for the Union Territory’s five parliamentary constituencies reached a record 58% over five phases.
He commended the Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) and security forces for their exemplary security arrangements, ensuring the elections were conducted in a free, fair, and transparent manner.
