Srinagar, July 27:On the occasion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Raising Day, the Director General of Police, J&K, Shri R.R. Swain, extended his warmest greetings and best wishes to all CRPF personnel and their families.
In his message, the DGP highlighted the invaluable role of the CRPF in maintaining internal security, conducting anti-insurgency operations, and providing aid to civil authorities. “CRPF stands out among all other Central Armed Police Forces as it is closest to the civil police in terms of ethos and orientation, yet remains highly effective in hard kinetic fighting,” said DGP Swain.
