BJP Kicks Off ‘Har Ghar BJP’ Campaign in Jammu & Kashmir to Strengthen Grassroots Presence

Srinagar, Sep 11 (KINS): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has launched the “Har Ghar BJP” campaign in Jammu and Kashmir, aimed at reinforcing its grassroots outreach ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections.
The campaign was officially inaugurated by BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh, who is also the party’s Prabhari for Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, along with Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy, the BJP’s election in-charge for the region.
The initiative, starting on September 10, focuses on building direct connections with the public and raising awareness about the party’s achievements and future plans for the region. The campaign began in the Jammu West assembly constituency, where BJP candidate Arvind Gupta is contesting, and saw participation from key figures such as J&K BJP Working President Sat Sharma.
Tarun Chugh highlighted that the “Har Ghar BJP” campaign aims to inform citizens about the various schemes and policies introduced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government, which have promoted peace and development in Jammu and Kashmir. Chugh added that the campaign would also serve as a platform to educate voters on the party’s vision for the future, as detailed in its manifesto, the ‘Sankalp Patra.’ He further noted that he would personally lead the campaign in other districts, including Kishtwar and the Padder-Nagseni segment.
G. Kishan Reddy, speaking at the event, emphasized the significance of this door-to-door campaign in solidifying BJP’s presence across the region. He expressed confidence that the BJP is the preferred choice to form the next government in Jammu and Kashmir, with a focus on socio-economic development, growth, and peace, as outlined in the party’s manifesto.
The campaign has been met with enthusiasm from BJP supporters, who have turned out in large numbers to participate in the initiative.(KINS)
