The system has been integrated with key platforms like the Rapid Assessment System (RAS), the 104 Centralized Health Helpline for outbound calling, and the Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) portal of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India.
The rankings were determined based on metrics including registration, conversion of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), inpatient registration (IPD), and patient feedback collected in real time on the JK e-Sahaj portal during September 2024.
