Motorcyclist killed in a tragic crash with a cement-loaded truck in Jammu

Jammu, Feb 03 (KINS): A young motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a cement-loaded truck this morning in Jammu.
Officials said that at around 7:30 AM on the main road near the JDA Complex, Treasury, and Radha Krishna Temple in New Plot, Jammu, a young motorcyclist died on the spot in a collision with a cement-loaded truck.
News agency KINS reported that the victim, as per initial details, was a resident of Bhaderwah currently staying with relatives in Chinor.
Following the incident, an FIR was lodged under the hit-and-run section at the Bakshi Nagar Police Station.
Authorities responded swiftly, with DSP Satish Bhardwaj, SHO Manhas, PP Sarwal, and DTI Traffic reaching the scene promptly. Due to the severity of the crash, traffic was stalled as police cleared the area.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing as authorities work to locate the truck driver involved.(KINS)
