CM Omar Abdullah visits Hyderpora to offer condolences to Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Hasnain Masoodi

Srinagar, March 1 (KINS): Chief Minister and Omar Abdullah on Saturday visited Hyderpora to offer condolences to NC leader Hasnain Masoodi and Mirwaiz Molvi Umar Farooq over the demise of Dr. Ghulam Sibtain Masoodi.
Dr. Sibtain, who passed away earlier this week, was the brother of Justice (Retd.) Hasnain Masoodi and the father-in-law of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, the chief cleric of Kashmir.
Omar Abdullah according to news agency KINS visited the bereaved family and expressed his sympathies, recalling the contributions of Dr. Sibtain in various capacities.
Sharing his grief, Omar Abdullah offered prayers for the departed soul and conveyed solidarity with the family in this difficult time. Several political and religious leaders have been visiting the Masoodi residence to extend their condolences.
The passing of Dr. Sibtain Masoodi has been widely mourned, with many recalling his dedication to public service and the values he upheld. (KINS)
