No major weather changes in J&K until March-end: MeT Department

Srinagar, Mar 19 (KINS): The Meteorological Department has predicted no significant weather activity in Jammu and Kashmir until the end of March.

According to an official, the weather is expected to remain partly to generally cloudy today, with light snowfall at isolated higher reaches. From March 20 to the evening of March 26, conditions are likely to remain generally dry.

A fresh spell of light rain and snowfall over higher reaches is anticipated at scattered locations across J&K between March 27-28. However, the weather is expected to turn dry again from March 29-31.

Farmers have been advised to continue their agricultural activities as no major weather disruptions are expected.(KINS)
