CS Dulloo receives prestigious ‘Diamond States Award’ at Diamond States Summit 2025 in New Delhi
NEW DELHI, MARCH 23: In a moment of great pride for entire Jammu & Kashmir, Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo was today honoured with the prestigious Diamond States Award at the grand finale of Diamond States Summit 2025, organized by News18 India.
The award was presented by Jyoti Kamal, Managing Editor, News18 India to Atal Dulloo in recognition of J&K’s exemplary performance in governance, development and progressive initiatives during the past few years.
In this regard the Chief Secretary expressed gratitude for the recognition and dedicated the award to the people of Jammu & Kashmir and the collective efforts of the Administration.
He highlighted the efforts made by the Government of J&K in collaboration with Central Government in ushering an era of peace, prosperity and development. He spoke about various initiatives like bringing governance to doorsteps of people besides several other welfare measures for common masses.
He also enumerated the steps that resulted in enhancing the influx of tourists to J&K which rose to more than two crore. He also gave credit to the new connectivity measures like tunnels, highways, railways and enhanced air connectivity for this feat.
He reiterated the commitment of government of Jammu & Kashmir to furthering its agenda of growth, peace and prosperity, ensuring a brighter future for its citizens.
The Diamond States Summit 2025 witnessed participation of eminent policymakers, industry leaders, and experts, highlighting the achievements of states and UTs in governance, social welfare, and economic progress. Jammu & Kashmir’s recognition at this prestigious platform reaffirms its commitment to transformative governance and development.
