Srinagar, Nov 15 (KINS): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday expressed deep sorrow over the tragic accidental blast at Nowgam Police Station in Srinagar, which resulted in the loss of several lives and left others injured. Extending condolences to the bereaved families, he assured that the government is providing all necessary assistance to those affected and has ordered an inquiry to determine the exact cause of the explosion.
“Deeply anguished by the loss of precious lives due to an extremely tragic accidental blast at Nowgam Police Station in Srinagar. My condolences to the bereaved families. I pray for the speedy recovery of the injured.
The government stands in solidarity with the families, friends, and loved ones of the departed. All possible assistance is being provided to those affected. I’ve ordered a probe to ascertain the cause of the accidental explosion”(KINS)
