J&K Govt promotes three JKAS officers

Jammu, Feb 02 (KINS): The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday ordered the promotion of three officers of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) to higher grades, with immediate effect.

According to an official government order, Dhananter Singh has been promoted to the Special Scale of JKAS (Pay Level 13) and designated as Special Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department.

In a separate order, Umesh Sharma and Abid Iqbal Malik have been promoted to the Selection Grade of JKAS (Pay Level 12).

Following his promotion, Umesh Sharma has been posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, School Education Department, while Abid Iqbal Malik will continue at his present place of posting.(KINS)
