DG-P J&K commends joint teams after successful Gulmarg rescue operation

Srinagar, May 25(KINS): Following the successful rescue operation at Gulmarg, in which around 320 tourists stranded in cable cars were safely evacuated, Director General of Police, Jammu and Kashmir, Nalin Prabhat briefed the joint rescue teams and lauded their exemplary efforts.
The DGP praised the flawless coordination and synergy displayed by the SDRF, J&K Police, Army, NDRF, civil administration, and local public volunteers during the challenging operation.
He emphasized that the swift and timely response of all agencies helped avert a major crisis and appreciated the unwavering commitment, courage, and professionalism shown by the personnel involved in the six-hour-long rescue mission.(KINS)
