Bandipora, Oct 13 (KINS): Bandipora Police arrested a man and recovered around 610 grams of a charas-like substance from his possession at Mantrigam Pethkote on Tuesday.
The accused has been identified as Shabir Ahmed Lone, son of Mohd. Dilawar Lone, a resident of Athwathoo, Bandipora.
Police have registered FIR No. 28/2026 under Sections 8/20 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Pethkote. Further investigation is underway.
Police said they will continue their efforts to stop drug trafficking and take action against those involved in the drug trade.(KINS)
