April 26: In light of the ongoing Lok Sabha Election-2024, SSP Shopian, Tanushree-IPS, led an inspection of various camping locations across the district to assess the arrangements in place. Accompanied by CO of CRPF 14BN, Bimlash Chandra Jha, and other key officers, she reviewed security measures and facilities for officers and Jawans deployed for election duties. Discussions included security reviews along the routes and meticulous arrangements at each site. Emphasizing the utmost alertness, SSP Shopian directed officers to ensure stringent access control and provision of necessary facilities at all camping locations throughout the district.
