LG Manoj Sinha reviews progress on Tawi riverfront development project

Jammu, Nov 25 (KINS): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha visited the Tawi Riverfront today to assess the progress of the ambitious development project.
During the visit, Lieutenant Governor inspected the ongoing work and interacted with the officials to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Officials briefed the LG on the project’s current status.
The Tawi riverfront project in the heart of Jammu is being developed on the line of Gujarat’s Sabarmati riverfront, aimed at enhancing the aesthetic value of the water body by improving natural purifying capabilities and promoting environmental and urban infrastructure sustainability.
News agency KINS reported that LG Manoj Sinha urged the executing agencies to maintain the momentum to meet deadlines.
Once completed the Tawi Riverfront will serve as a major attraction for residents and tourists, significantly boosting the city’s urban appeal and contributing to its socio-economic development.(KINS)
