Jammu Wing of High Court Observes Republic Day

Jammu, Jan 26 (KINS): The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh marked the 76th Republic Day with a main function held at the High Court Wing in Jammu, where Chief Justice Tashi Rabstan hoisted the National Flag.
The ceremony was attended by Justices Sanjeev Kumar, Sindhu Sharma, Vinod Chatterji Koul, Sanjay Dhar, Puneet Gupta, Mohd. Akram Chowdhary, Rahul Bharti, Moksha Khajuria Kazmi, Wasim Sadiq Nargal, and Rajesh Sekhri. The President of the High Court Bar Association, Jammu, along with Executive Members, Senior Advocates, the Assistant Solicitor General of India, and other Government Advocates also participated in the event.
The Registrar General of the High Court of J&K and Ladakh, the Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice, as well as officers and officials from the registry of the main wing, Jammu Wing, and Srinagar Wing of the High Court, were present at the occasion.
A contingent of Armed Forces played patriotic songs and tunes following the unfurling of the National Flag. The Chief Justice distributed sweets among the members of the Armed Forces in a gesture of appreciation.(KINS)
