Jammu, Nov 17 (KINS): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Ranbir Singh Pathania strongly criticised former Chief Minister and PDP President Mehbooba Mufti, accusing her of issuing “illogical and misleading statements” regarding the condition of Kashmiri youth.
Reacting sharply to her remarks, Pathania as per news gathering agency Kashmir Indpeth News Service (KINS) said Mehbooba Mufti has been “singing lullabies of marginalisation and dissatisfaction of the Kashmiri youth,” a narrative he termed baseless and politically motivated.
He asserted that under the “dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, Jammu and Kashmir has transitioned from zero to a major performer.”
Pathania added that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi the transparency, accountability, and a renewed sense of security have taken strong root across Jammu and Kashmir.
The BJP MLA further said that any “small traces” of radicalisation or marginalisation visible today are a “logical consequence” of the PDP’s years of family rule, appeasement politics, and large-scale misgovernance.
Urging Mufti to refrain from what he called irresponsible commentary, Pathania said, “Please desist from making such irresponsible and wayfaring comments. Your policies of misleading people and misgovernance are the real causes of the issues you point out.”(KINS)
