Congress says not forming Govt with PDP, NC

SRINAGAR: Senior Congress leader G N Monga Wednesday said that no decision has been taken over formation of coalition government with the PDP and NC in Jammu and Kashmir.
“Talks may be going on but we want to dissolve the Assembly. Don’t know where the reports came. No decision has been taken over government formation in Jammu and Kashmir,” Monga said.
There were reports that rival parties National Conference, Peoples Democratic Party and Congress are likely to form next government in Jammu and Kashmir.
Quoting sources, NDTV said on Wednesday that the “talks between the three parties are at an advanced stage, in order to stymie the BJP’s attempts to take power after engineering defections”.
