Sopore, Jun 01 : Forces launched a cordon and search operation in Sopore village of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday evening.
Reports reaching Kashmir Indepth said a joint team army’s 22 RR, special operation group of police (SOG) and CRPF jointly launched search operation at Warpora Sopore this evening and conducted house to house search operation in the area.
SSP Sopore Javeed Iqbal also confirmed to Kashmir Indepth and said following suspecious movement searches were launched in the area.
Pertinently, Two Local militants were killed in a gunfight with government forces at Dangerpora village of Sopore on Thursday.
