After Srinagar now Contratual Teachers protest in Boniyar Baramulla

Baramulla 05,July: Contractual teachers who are on peaceful protest in the heart of capital city Srinagar since May 12 on Friday held a peaceful protest at Boniyar in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

During the protest demonstration teachers while raising slogans said that they are fighting for genuine fight of continutation and framing of comprehensive policy for regularization on the analogy of 2006 wherein contractual teachers were regularized by the government of Jammu and Kashmir. They said that this time the government is giving deaf ear to the demand of contrctual teachers and are playing with the future and livilihood of poor contarctual techers who were serving the department on the meager salary of 4500.

The protesters said that since past two months till date many envoys gave assurance from time to time for their continutation but nothing comes from the Governor Administration in black and white.

The teachers during the protest demonstration said they were even assured by the envoys of Governor Administration from time to time but still nothing positive comes from the raj Bhawan.

While marking the 60th day of ongoing protest on Friday which held at Boniyar, the agitating teachers again pleaded for the justice and demanded one time solution to their problems.

They said that it would be litmus test for Governor of state that how he will render justice to the poor youth of state.

District President Baramullah Sajid Ahmad vowed that if Governor Administration will not fulfill their demands then they will continue their peaceful protest till their justice.
