3 persons receive burn injuries in gas leakage incident

 

Poonch, Jul 18:  Three persons received serious burn injuries due to gas leakage Thursday evening in Salwah area of Mendhar in Poonch district.

Reports reaching said that three persons identified as Rashid Ahmed son of Hakim Din, Zaheer Ahmad son of Altaf Ahmad, Tazeem Akhtar son of Altaf Ahmad received serious burn injuries while preparing meals.

Confirming the incident BMO Mendhar Dr. Parwaiz Ahmad Khan told  that, “they have received three persons with burn injuries, while adding that according to family members the incident occurred due to gas leakage.”

All the injured were first removed to District Hospital Rajouri wherefrom, as per latest reports, shifted to Government Medical College Jammu for specialized treatment.

All the three are said to be in critical conditions, reports added.
