Sopore, June 06: Suspected militants on Saturday evening shot at a civilian in north Kashmir’s Bomai village.
Reports reaching news agency KINS said the suspected militants barged into the house of Danish Manzoor Najar son of Manzoor Ahmad Najar of Edipora Bomai and fired upon him.
Najar suffered serious bullet wounds and was rushed to Sub District Hospital Sopore wherefrom he was referred in a serious condition to Srinagar medical institute.
Soon after the incident a team of police rushed to the area and launched searches to nab the attackers’ reports added.
SSP Sopore Javeed Iqbal when contacted told Police is verifying the incident.(KINS)
